The sale in 1904 of Ann Turner's Ferriby and Swanland estate was in 19 lots, amounting to 885 acres - most of Ferriby and quite a bit of Swanland; up as far as Mill Road and even beyond on Mill Hill (Lot 10); notably Ferriby House (Lot 1), Ferriby Hall (Lot 3), Aston Hall (Lot 2), the Tithe Farm (part of Lot11), the Manor Farm(part of Lot 11), Ferriby Grange (Lot 17),The Uplands and the 'Duke of Cumberland' (Lot 4); in today's values £65 million.
